September 15, 2010: Even though I didn't win the Grace Notes contest, I still feel great that I was a finalist. It makes me feel like all the anguish and writer's block was worth the pain! I'll start looking for an agent again. I can only get published if I keep plugging along.
July 1, 2010: I was notified that I am a finalist in the Grace Notes novel contest. The winner will be announced on September 1, 2010! I am up against 9 other novelists, so the competition is tough. Some of the runners-up will also receive a publishing contract, and my fingers are crossed that I will have my first book published!
